Restore Saturdays

RESTORE Saturdays at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary will feature a variety of fitness activities with a mini-mindfulness session, on the second Saturday of every month. The session will conclude with a “go at your own pace”, self-guided forest bathing walk in Patch of Heaven’s beautiful tropical hardwood hammock forest. Forest bathing is the practice of connecting with nature and surrounding oneself with the energy of the natural world. This practice, shinrin-yoku, was developed in Japan in the 1980s. Numerous research studies have shown forest bathing provides relief from many of the ailments that arise from living in an urban life filled with busyness and stress. Come ready to have fun!

Please bring a refillable water bottle and a towel.

(Tickets Price is $15.00/person through Eventbrite.)
